1. Who we are

This website is operated by Deeray Mulitimedia Ltd, trading as ETRMPractice (“we”, “us”), a company registered in England and Wales with company number 12586799. Registered office: 20–22 Wenlock Road, London, England, N1 7GU. We are the controller of the personal data described here. Contact us about privacy at support@etrmpractice.com.

2. The short version

• The website has no accounts, sign-up, forms, newsletter or comments.
• It sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or tracking tools.
• Our hosting provider processes basic technical data, such as your IP address, to deliver pages and keep them secure.
• If you email us, we use your email to reply.
• We don’t sell personal data.

3. Technical data when you visit

The website is hosted on Cloudflare. When you load a page, Cloudflare processes technical information such as your IP address, browser and device details, the page requested and the time of the request. This is needed to deliver the website, protect it against abuse and attacks, and diagnose faults. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in running a secure, working website. Our request logs are kept by Cloudflare for seven days and then deleted automatically.

4. If you email us

If you email us, we use your name, email address and message to reply and to keep a record of the conversation. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries. Email for etrmpractice.com is provided by Spacemail (Spaceship). We keep correspondence only for as long as we need it to deal with your enquiry and any follow-up. Please don’t send confidential or real trading information.

5. Cookies

The website doesn’t set cookies. Fonts, images and video are served from the website itself, so your browser isn’t sent to third-party font, image or video services. If we ever add analytics or other non-essential cookies, we will ask for your consent first and update this notice.

6. Who processes data for us

Cloudflare (website hosting and security) and Spaceship (email) process data on our behalf under their data processing terms. Their services may process data outside the UK; where they do, the transfer safeguards in those terms apply. We may disclose data if the law requires it.

7. Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have rights to access your personal data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its use, and to data portability. To use them, email us at the address in section 1. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk), though we’d appreciate the chance to resolve your concern first.

8. The simulator

This website takes no payments and creates no accounts. The ETRMPractice simulator will have its own privacy notice and terms, explaining how account, learning and payment data are handled; they will be shown to you before you create an account.

9. Changes to this notice

We’ll update this page if our practices change, and show the date of the latest version at the top.
