1. About these terms

These terms apply to your use of etrmpractice.com (the “website”), operated by Deeray Mulitimedia Ltd, trading as ETRMPractice, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 12586799, whose registered office is at 20–22 Wenlock Road, London, England, N1 7GU. By using the website you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the website.

2. What the website is for

The website describes ETRMPractice, a self-serve training simulator for energy trading and risk management workflows. It is general information only. Nothing on it is trading, investment, financial, legal or regulatory advice, and you shouldn’t rely on it for those purposes.

Features marked “Coming soon” aren’t available yet and may change. Screens and videos on the website use synthetic data and may differ from the simulator as you see it.

3. Synthetic data and vendor neutrality

Market profiles, counterparties, contracts and prices shown are invented for teaching. Teaching contracts aren’t exchange-listed products and prices aren’t market data. ETRMPractice isn’t affiliated with, endorsed by or a copy of any ETRM/CTRM software vendor, exchange or regulator mentioned on the website.

4. Buying a plan

The website doesn’t create accounts or take payments. Plans are bought in the simulator, under its own terms, which you’ll see before you buy.

5. Intellectual property

The ETRMPractice name, logo, website design and original content belong to Deeray Mulitimedia Ltd or its licensors. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, republish or use our brand or content commercially without our written permission.

6. Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the website — for example by attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfering with its operation, scraping it at scale, or introducing malicious code.

7. Links to other websites

Where we link to other websites, we do so for convenience. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their content or privacy practices.

8. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the website available but don’t guarantee it will always be accessible, uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend or withdraw it, or update these terms, at any time; the date at the top shows the latest version.
